Troubleshooting
- Camera or Photo Library not working: Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos.
- Upload or identification fails: Ensure you have an internet connection and try again later.
- App feels slow: Close other apps, restart the app, and make sure you have enough free storage.
Data & Deletion Requests
The app stores some data locally (such as saved identification records and chat transcripts). You can delete saved records in the app where available, or uninstall the app to remove local data.
If you want us to help delete server-side content associated with your use (for example, uploaded images or chat content stored on our servers), email us at [email protected].
Subscriptions & Billing
- Manage or cancel a subscription: Open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
- Restore purchases: Use “Restore Purchases” in the App (if available).
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds in accordance with its policies. You can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
- Need help: Email us and include a screenshot of your subscription page and (if available) the App Store order ID so we can investigate.
